Squadramia.it è un progetto di acquisizione di una reale squadra di calcio composta direttamente da soci provenienti dalla rete: tutti possono iscriversi gratuitamente e senza impegno con lo status di “pre-soci”. Squadramia.it is a proposed acquisition of a real football team composed of members directly from the network: anyone can register for free and without commitment with the status of "pre-owners".
Quando si saranno iscritti 20.000 pre-soci (attualmente sono circa 2.000) il progetto verrà considerato sufficientemente solido per essere avviato e iniziare così le trattative di acquisizione di un club calcistico (di serie dilettantistica presumibilmente). When you are pre-registered 20,000 members (currently around 2,000) the project will be considered sufficiently robust to be started and so to begin negotiations to acquire a football club (amateur standard presumably). A quel punto ai 20.000 pre-soci verrà mandato un modulo di versamento della propria quota associativa (60 €) ma l'iscrizione appunto non prevede nessun impegno quindi siamo liberi di fare retromarcia e di non versare la quota. At that point the 20,000 pre-members will be sent a form for payment of their membership fee (60 €) but the inscription precisely entails no commitment so feel free to backtrack and do not pay the fee.
Chi verserà la quota quindi diventa socio a tutti gli effetti avendo così reale potere decisionale sulle sorti della squadra: può decidere la formazione, segnalare giocatori, stipulare una campagna acquisti e così via. Who will pay the fee and then became a partner in all respects as having real power of decision on the fate of the team: it can decide the training, to report players, take out a recruitment drive and so on. La cosa utile poi è che la società sarà di tipo SRL (Società a responsabilità limitata) quindi se la società di calcio dovesse tragicamente indebitarsi i soci non correrebbero alcun rischio e il proprio patrimonio personale non verrà toccato minimamente (avremo solo la delusione di aver gettato 60 €, non di più). Per molti sicuramente sarà una scemenza ma per chi vive di calcio è una piccola soddisfazione poter seguire con passione la squadra che noi in parte controlliamo.
