Si chiama Janet Store ed è un sito di Taiwan che però spedisce tranquillamente anche in Italia. Her name is Janet Store and is a site in Taiwan but also quietly sends in Italy.

Ciao, sì mi è capitato…e il motivo è stato il blocco da parte della dogana del pacco… infatti poi mi è arrivata una lettera che spiegava che il pacco era stato rispedito al mittente perché conteneva “giocattoli privi del marchio CE”…ho contattato Janet e lei, non appena ricevuto indietro il pacco mi ha chiesto se volevo che me lo rispedisse o se volevo il rimborso dei soldi…visto che nel viaggio alcuni prodotti erano stati danneggiati, lei stessa ha preferito rimborsarmi i soldi. Hello, yes it happened to me ... and the reason was blocking by the customs of the package ... because then I got a letter explaining that the parcel had been returned to the sender because it contained "non-CE marked toys" ... I contacted Janet and her, not just received the parcel back asked me if I wanted rispedisse me or if I wanted a refund of the money ... since some products on the trip had been damaged, she preferred to refund me the money.

Ciao! Hello! Volevo chiederti una curiosita': in che periodo hanno rispedito il pacco al mittente per mancanza del marchio CE? La lettera da parte della dogama mi è arrivata circa un mese dalla spedizione del pacco… Poi non ho più provato ad ordinare. The letter from the dogama I arrived about one month after delivery of the package ... then I have not tried to order.
Comunque il mio pacco non era molto grande, anzi! However, my package was not very great, indeed! Era decisamente leggero… It was very light ...

Fortunatamente la cosa a me non e' ancora successa (tocco ferro), pero' conosco diverse persone a cui è accaduto (con tanto di lettera della dogana),in particolare durante la scorsa estate… (per questo mi chiedevo in che periodo era successo a te (se verso l'estate scorsa, o questo autunno/inverno^^) Fortunately, the thing to me is not 'happened yet (knock on wood), but' I know several people that it happened (with a letter from the Customs), especially during the summer ...
